Miserable Tuesday

Looking out the window, all is still. Except, odd blades of grass and leaves twitch occasionally. That tell tale sign of the atmosphere releasing its moisture contained within - yes it's still bloody raining!

As if my mood could not get any worse, I receive news that a Swiss colleague who had been leading the European preparations for an important radio conference later this year has died. He was 49 and had two young kids. Very shocking and very sad. Originally from Belarus, Sasha had a unique sense of humour and was a very popular Chair of the CPG meeting. RIP Sasha. A miserable start to the day.
