This is a test message sent via satellite and if you're reading it on the blog, it means the sat link is working. This message comes using my Moto G Android handset as the source device because it runs the Iridium Accesspoint software that compresses the data sent over the expensive Iridium link. I also have my trusty BlackBerry with me that by default compresses any data sent so doesn't need any fancy software and less manual intervention to the keyboard's autocorrect feature; apologies in advance for any tie pose. Bikerdom leaves for Mongolia via Istanbul on Monday arriving Ulaanbator on Tuesday.
Bikerdom, still in Europe.
Biker Dom explores on two wheels. So far: the Indian Himalayas (2010), the Cambodian jungle (2011), the Bolivian Death Highway (2013), the vast Mongolian steppes (2014), the wilds of Patagonia (2015), the valleys of Nepal and Oopnarth (2016), the peaks of Tibet (2017), North Vietnam (2018) and now Tajikistan. All with a group of like minded individuals who should know better at their age! The adventure detoured on two legs in Morocco (Apr 2018) and Mt Elbrus (2019).
